Membership Categories: Membership is categorized into different levels based on qualifications, experience, and contributions to the profession:
1. Institutional Membership: This category is for
organizations and institutions actively engaged in the training and
development of skills of professionals in Paralegal and Legal Executive.
2. Patron Members: Highly experienced members who
have made substantial contributions to the profession and are
acknowledged as key supporters of NALPLE.
3. Honorary Members: Distinguished individuals
recognised for their outstanding contributions to the legal profession
and the advancement of paralegal and legal executive practice.
4. Fellow Members: Practising paralegals and legal
executives who hold advanced qualifications and have demonstrated
significant expertise in their field for 10 years and above.
5.Member: Individuals who have gone through the requisite training approved by NALPLE or its accredited institutions.
6. Associate Members: Aspiring paralegals and legal executives who possess basic qualifications and are working towards full professional status.

- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- Legal education and training
- Legal research and case analysis
- Case briefing support
- Legal writing and documentation support
- Legal drafting support
- Corporate and commercial law support
- Contract management
- Intellectual property support
- Human rights advocacy
- Court registry and litigation support
- Commissioner for Oaths
- Any other relevant area of legal practice as approved by NALPLE and
Laws of Ghana to be performed by a Paralegal or Legal Executive
